Bolo de natas - Cream Sponge Cake

1 pacote de natas

4 ovos

1 1/2 chávenas de chá de acúçar

1 1/2 chávenas de chá de farinha


Separe as gemas das claras e bata as gemas com o açúcar. Bata as natas e incorpore no preparado anterior. Adicione a farinha e bata mais um pouco.

Bata as claras em castelo e envolva no preparado anterior.

Deite o preparado numa forma previamente untada com manteiga e polvilhada com farinha.

Leve ao forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus durante 40 minutos ou até estar cozido, dependendo do forno.

Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with the sugar. Beat the cream and incorporate in the previous preparation. Add the flour and beat a little more.

Beat the egg whites and wrap in the previous preparation.

Pour the mixture into a previously greased and dusted flour.

Place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40 minutes or until cooked, depending on the oven.
